The pads themselves are fine, they are well constructed in terms of layers and labeled according to absorbency level indicated by “drop”. The packing actually becomes the method of disposal once the pads are used. My only issue is the leap in size difference between 2 and 3 drops for nighttime use. At 155 lbs, the 2 drop is too narrow to contain even a small spurt that occurs from the effort of rising from bed. The width of the 3 drop provides adequate protection, but it is so bulky that it feels like wearing a diaper. Thankful for the brand. I just wish there was a product that offered the protection of 3, but the comfort of 2.
