If I expecting to do a lot of coughing or vomiting or other actions that might cause my bladder to loosen, these are perfect. They can be a little uncomfortable because of their size, but they allow you to use your own underwear, and thus can be quickly changed. I don’t need them often, but I’m glad they are there.

Absorbent and comfortable
I have found this product to be reliable and able to hold a lot. It would be uncomfortable I think though, for daytime wear. I use them only for overnight, and a Poise extra thin for daytime.
