These are much better than the last Poise pads I had that were more of a moderate pad. I didn’t expect such a big difference in just one step up, but I had a problem just this morning where I thought sure they failed me, but no, they kept me dry! Only been using about a week, but, if I have problems in the future, I’ll come back and update.

Poise maximum absorbency pads with leak block sides are absolutely absorbent! The pads are very thick, yet not too bulky…It stops fluids from leaking threw to under garments, with its stay in place tapes…Four stars because the poise outer wrapping has to be ripped to get to the poise pad..,it would be much better if there were a easier open outer pad that can be utilized to dispose of used padding. Yet, Poise is as advertised.God bless!
