Yeah they may be a little bit pricey but what is the price that we pay when we don’t sleep well because we’re worrying about an accident or maybe having to change the sheets I have not experienced any of that stuff since I started purchasing this particular poise product I have purchased them twice now I probably will continue to purchase these no mess less stress I have not had to change a sheet or anything because my time of the month can get wild I am grateful for this particular pad it’s kind of long but you know what that’s all I can say

Wow, so nice to have a large wad for incontenience protection. The size of these pads work for me. I like the long length. They are not super wide and I do think they could widen it a tad. However, I have tested it and it works for me. Gushing uncontrollably is my issue and it never overflowed once. Normally the thick ones while wearing wad up in the center resulting in overspill to panties and other garments. The wings …. oh my, what a blessing. They should be on all pads thick or thin. They truely help to keep the center from wadding up. At least for my anatomy anyway. The 8 drops is probably a bit of an overstatement, but I have had no troubles going from a 6 or 7 to this 8 and I had trouble with leakage on the 6 or 7s. For me, the thinness of these pads is a blessing. I finally feel like I am not wearing so much stuff in my panties. Oh you get used to it, and I think we tend to feel like the thick pads are a security blanket and will hold more. But overnight, I still have to change at least once through the night vs 3-4 times with other pads. But I have not pushed this pad through its limits. I really feel like these thinner pads are worth trying for anyone who now needs this type of protection. Having the long length is wonderful. Sure beats wearing the panties wth elastic everywhere, being hot and uncomfortable. Not to mention the cost as well. Give these a try get past the thick is better, enjoy the freedom the thinner pads actually provide. Also less in the landfill. These are my new best friends!

I gave it a 3 because of the wetness protection it doesn’t provide while sleeping. I go through 2-3 every night, when I get up to go to the bathroom, it starts slowly running down my legs. Gosh, I don’t pee that much at night, so I don’t understand how these get so soaked so fast. These work so well in the daytime, but I will try to find something else for nighttime, as these just don’t do the job.

These are the best boys have come out with. Highly absorbable, not big and bulky, comfortable to wear. And small enough to put in your purse without detection. Would definitely recommend for anyone who has a heavy incontinence flow.

Definitely didn’t work for me at night… too narrow and tiny wings. Pad could not absorb my flow on the way to the bathroom. I like the regular Poise overnight much better, albeit bulky. I’ll use these for daytime only.Update 10/1/25 While I stick with my review and the one star, I started wearing these during the day and I like them for daytime use. They absorb more than Always #7. They are quite sticky but they do stay in place.

I was glad when I left the hospital for home to get back in my Poise pads instead of pull on pants they had. Very uncomfortable especially at night. I looked and found the poise pad overnight pad It is great and comfortable. I will use these from now on at night. So much easier than regular pads. Try them out works for me.
