Enjoy up to 100% clean, dry and fresh protection with our thinnest incontinence pad, Poise Ultra Thin Incontinence Pads. Unlike period pads, which are meant for menstrual needs, Poise pads are designed to offer protection specifically against light bladder leaks. In fact, Poise bladder control pads have a Dry-Touch layer that rapidly locks away more* wetness for a clean feel and offer up to zero leaks. Plus, our disposable incontinence pads feature Leak-Block sides for dryness and outstanding protection. As our thinnest protection, each incontinence pad has a Thin-Flex design that holds its shape for all-day comfort. These women’s pads are made with breathable materials that let fresh air in to help eliminate dampness and keep you feeling clean and fresh. Poise incontinence pads are available in Light, Moderate, Maximum and Overnight absorbencies. For lighter absorbency needs, check out Poise Daily Liners. Shop for Poise discreetly by having it shipped directly to your door or pick up curbside. Poise adult incontinence products are HSA/FSA-eligible in the US – check with your provider for coverage details. (*vs. leading period pads, 24 ml of fluid)

First, me: various autoimmune issues (including MS), power chair, full release incontinence, idea of self-catheterization makes me want to cry. This product has been the best of many I have tried (these are basically in order of effectiveness):1. Poise Incontinence Pads for Women, Ultimate Absorbency, Long, Original Design;2. Always Discreet, Incontinence & Postpartum Pads For Women, Size 6, Extra Heavy Absorbency, Long;3. TENA Incontinence Pads, Bladder Control & Postpartum for Women, Overnight Absorbency;4. Rael Organic Incontinence Liners Long Organic Bladder Control Liners, 4 Layer Core Protection with Leak Guard Technology (these were a laugh – for me).The Poise brand seemed to work the best at containing the problem (including another type of incontinence – lol). Then the thickness of the pad started to cause some problems. I started getting a few pressure spots (even after getting a new power chair cushion).I just dealt with it (I REALLY did not want to move to catheterization). Then one day while I was reordering, I saw these – Poise Ultra Thin Incontinence Pads. I said what the heck and ordered a box. They came, I saw how thin they were, and thought oh this will be funny – but I tried them. They worked, wow did they work. These will hold an insane amount of liquid and barely thicken. The length ensures it will take care of front and light back incontinence and the thickness is barely noticeable. I have a couple pairs of washable absorbant underwear and these were a lot more comfortable (I could also still wear my favorite underwear). There are no “wings”, but there are sort of short walls/lips/edges? I guess is what you would call them gathered along the edges that fit in closely to your body. These almost completely eliminate side spills (unless you are going for a Niagra Falls record). The only underwear spots I am getting are the occasional heavy flow edge marks and back edge spots (heavy flow moving faster than pad can absorb and spotting past the end of the pad) due to sitting.I am very impressed with this pad and have ordered more of them. The quality is always perfect (Tena worked, but they were thick and occasionally you would get one without adhesive; I really did not find the Always to be effective for my type of incontinence). Now remember, I do not have leaks. I have a 30s warning then all hands on deck. However, they do make some lighter strength ones that would probably work just as well for leaks. These would last you all day even with multiple leaks and I have never had any odor problem with them (there is also no perfume smell to them). So if you also are looking for the “perfect” incontinence pad, this one is awfully close (in my opinion of course).UPDATE: 03.24.23As a funny-ha-ha, I decided to stick this to the kitchen counter, get a measuring cup with 2 cups of water and pour away. Reason? The female bladder can hold around 2 cups of urine. Now this was a volume test, NOT a speed test – so slow pour. So, I started pouring, pouring, pouring, still pouring … At about 1 1/2 cups, things started to get a LITTLE out of control with end leaks (not side) – so I stopped. By that time, the pad was approximately 1 inch thick – wow. (So maybe like those little sponges that blow up huge when thrown in water?) It is some type of super absorbant material. (Really wish I had filmed this – but then people already look at me funny.)By the way, if you wait until you have 2 cups in your bladder, you MIGHT want to consider setting a timing alarm on your watch/phone/computer/etc to remind you to pee regularly! So, STILL my favorites!06.27.2025 – STILL my favorites! I have not found any better. I might try the overnight type with wings but they are a bit more expensive, and from what I can tell from my accidents, wings would not have saved the day. They recently got slightly puffier (not thick) and I liked that. The liquid was less likely to run off the surface.

More comfort and way better absorbency with no odor. The best on the market.

I am a small woman so the long version didn’t work for me. However, the product’s functionality is top rate.

Better but would be even better if the crotch was a little shorter. Who pees uphill anyway?? 150 cc is good but when you sit down where does it go ??!!]

Thin & a little too long. If it were wider on top and bottom it would probably work better. Some of the thicker ones I sweat all night and eventually develop reaction to the top layer. Thin is better when you sleep hot. Has damaged under garment before.

I’ve used these pads for years and they have always been the best quality. When I opened a box from my recent subscribe and save order (78 pads) I quickly discovered that these are NOT the same product. They are complete junk! I don’t know what Poise did to their product but it’s disgraceful. If they need to save money then create an economy version and package it accordingly, but don’t try to pass them off as the same previously high-quality version. I always cut these Ultimate Long’s in half and only wear 1/2 at a time since I’m on the smaller side but when I did this to one of the pads I just received literal “sand” spilled out all over the bathroom floor. And to top it off I missed my return window by two days so now I have 77 pads that are complete trash. I contacted Poise customer support and I’m curious how they’ll respond.

Excellent absorption. The thinner longer length is better. It doesn’t show through my summer shorts and slacks.I have ordered these many times.3 boxes are packaged inside a discrete brown box.

These are great to get from Amazon. They arrive very discreetly. It makes it much better than shopping at a walk-in store. The length is great.

Good for gushers
Good pad for leakers but would be better with wings

Not worth the money
I normally purchase poise ultimate or #6. I thought I would try these ultra thin #6 because they looked more comfortable. What a waste of money!!!! I might as well have bought regular period pads or even panty liners. Will I buy these again? Definitely NOT!!!
