I get this tickle in my throat and either sneeze or have coughing fits. It’s at those times that I’m prone to leakage. My other pantyliners were too thin and I knew I needed something thicker, more absorbent but also comfortable. I bought these and have since bought them several more times. I feel more confident when I’m out and don’t panic when I feel a coughing attack coming on. They are long and provide great coverage in the crotch of the panty. They don’t slide inside your panty and they feel very comfortable. They are a little more pricy than thinner panty liners, but are worth the extra cost.

I’ve been using these for years. My body has not changed, but these sure have! Theyre thinner, lumpy…. Not the same at all. Very frustrating!

Do NOT purchase as this is a case of the old “bait & switch”. These are NOT ultra thin as advertised, but are instead very thick. Because they are so thick, they bunch up & become uncomfortable & useless. They are however the longer length. I am so disappointed, and unfortunately did not open the package until after the deadline to return was past and now I am stuck with 4 packages of these worthless pads. I will be tossing them & reordering the correct ones. What a waste of money! I don’t know why Amazon is continueing to allow these to be sold when so many people have complained about this. I want a refund!
